CV angle looks too severe, they could be bad or going bad, spring looks like it may be hitting or just plain too close to upper ball joint. JBA arms would take of the close clearence and get your angles much better for a good quality alignment. Your outer tie rod is leaking it's grease, not your lower ball joint. Time to replace outer tie rod. It looks like your tire may be rubbing on your swaybar also. The oil leak may be the rear main but it could also be the valve cover(s) leaking oil down also. Yes your transfer case does appear to be leaking. |

okay so how do i fix it all... can't purchase a-arms b/c no money Will my new tires help anything... bald 235/70/16 going to 245/75/16 and yes spacers are going to be purchased for the tire rub. Also does anyone have pics of their franky (no clevis) cv and shots like i have of the "guts"? |

Looks like you still need to break it in good UCAs will help a lot with the UCA hitting or close by. tires and spacers will not help well esp. spacers |

I have put 10k miles on it since my lift... shouldn't that be enough? I did not have any problems at all when I first got the lift on. Now it shakes like all hell. I am going to get an alignment and see if that will help at all. Also anyone got pics of their franky's uca, tie rods, etc (no conduits) just after lift? |

1st what do you measure middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare 2nd just driving it will not break it in good, need to take it out and twist it up good and set the springs good. 3rd JBA 4.5 arms will help some to get the spring away from the spindle 4th alignment if you have not done a second one yet 5 shaking would not be from the lift but either loose parts/ tires needing balanced or way out of whack on the alignment |

the rear is the same at 21 and fronts are close to the same, 1/4 inch lower on drivers side at 23.5 IIRC I have actually done 3 alignments since I put my lift on. Every 6K I have it checked, and am going in tomorrow to have it checked too. (no i do not pay everytime, Hibdon Tires Plus will guarantee your alignment for 12months or 12K and if you hit something you take it back in and they fix it no extra cost or anything) Now when I reverse I get a grind/knock under the jeep. It is not a constant noise but everytime I accelerate fast in reverse. Hibdons said fixing bad u-joints will help shake and they are bad! Fixing them today... And another leak possible while replacing u-joints. This is where the shaft connects to the rear axle. Is this fixable, or is this just b/c the u-joint busted and looks like it is broken, when it is actually not... ![]() Thanks |

Fix the rearest u-joint today and my shake went away... now to tackle the possible t-case leak and the def. rear main seal leak... |
