Is it possible to mount the factory tow hooks without removing the front bumper?

And where is a good place to buy them?

If you get the hooks with the "M" bolt then no need to remove the front bumper. If yours happens to come with the stud plate then the bumper will have to come off in order to get the stud plate inside the frame rail.

The "M" bolt gets around this by being shaped in a way to let you slide it thru the front hole in the frame rail and then fish around with the other end of the bolt till you get it to drop thru the rest of the way. The stud plate is just that, a metal plate with two threaded bolts mounted to it that drop thru the same two holes the "M" bolt can be wiggled thru, but since it's a plate it has to go inside the frame rail thru an opening the front that's covered by two small metal caps and the bumper cover.

If your tow hooks have the stud plate I HIGHLY recommend the rivet gun sold at napa to replace the plastic rivets you have to drill out to get things apart. It will make re-installing things MUCH, MUCH easier.
