Even before the lift, I felt the brakes were lacking on the KJ. Now on the verge of 70k miles I was experiencing some serious pulsating when stopping. Just two days before I brought it in for the job I was getting an audible groan inside the cabin without even pressing on brakes. I went on a search for new rotors and landed with Power Slot's frozen offerings. For pads I went with Hawks & Gran Sports, both rated 4 out of 5 for stopping power. I am thrilled with the result, wish I had done it sooner. The breaking power is fantastic and there is absolutely no rotor vibration at any speed. ![]()

Good to know, but where did you get the clear turning signals that you smoked? Been dying to find some for an 06. |
