If you put a locker up front, do you have to have one in the rear diff too? Dumb question I know.

Just make sure you do a selectable locker in the front like ARB or ELocker.

A locked front end by itself is almost worthless. I lost my rear end while on the Fordyce creek trail and with an ARB locked front end the truck was almost un driveable! There just wasnt enough purchase up front by itself without the rear end to even propel the vehicle. If youre going to lock one end make it the rear or dont bother.

Save the coin and go with ARB in the front and rear. :JEEPIN: Oh, and regear to 4:10's while you're in there.

A DTT is a MUCH better option for the front of a KJ. I don't get to go onto some of the extreme terrain many experts on here do, but the DTT gets me around UT pretty nicely.
