I just got done putting on a lift and getting the alignment. my problem is when i get up to 55+ i get a pretty good vibration in the steering wheel. What do i need to do to fix the problem? the lift is full ome.

Tire balance? Had simular problem minus the lift, took it in for balance/ alignmlent/ rotation, 1 tire needed 8oz of lead to balance due to steel belt inside started shifting around.

but i did not have the problem before i put the lift on. so could it still be needing to be balanced? i got it aligned at tire kingdom should i try somewhere else?

You're sure everything is good and tight?
Check the lug nuts - one of the lifts we done here had to go to sears to have the alignment done, they left all the lug nuts loose on both front wheels DUMBA**es
Also Check the rear ujoint if it has a ton of miles on that could be it as well
Just go over eveything

try rotating your tires front to rear and see if anything changes

if it was a general vibration that you feel more in the seat of your pants i'd say it was your rear ujoints

whats your measurements from the bottom edge of the flare to the center of the hub? drastic cv angles and dry cv's will make the cv's boohoo after a lift too

could potentially be your cv's complaining - my lift is squashed and it hasn't been realigned so my M/T's are rather / \ and at two speeds they'll resonate due to the side lugs growling and vibrate the steering wheel at a high pitched vibration

the alignment itself won't cause vibration, only the tire anatomy, tire balance, loose or worn parts, or drive line angles are gonna cause vibration so typically an alignment (or misalignment) only exacerbates or helps a pre-existing condition
