don't have to take the wheels off - don't even have to jack it up, you're prob thinkin bout the UBJ , the ball joint at the knuckle real close to the wheels - i'm talkin about the 2 bolts and bushings that are sort of concealed where the arms go into the body of the vehicle that are accessed from under the hood
just have to remove the airbox and the battery / battery tray, but i'll be honest I usually don't remove the battery - just disconnect it
for the time it takes me to take the battery and battery box out with it's usually gnarlynasty sandy battery box retainer bolts, I can put the drivers side bolts in the UCA's if someone's holding the uca or it's already installed - if it's unlifted or with a stock front bumper I can actually hold the uca and put the bolts in myself because I'm some sort of contortionist freak
once you got access to the bolts, or have determined whether or not you have the sockets and extensions necessary to get to them you can just loosen them a few turns, bounce the jeep a couple times like a spider monkey and then torque them back
OR-- take it back to that shop you had it done at since you paid for the job to be done
and be like.. So when you put the UCA's back in.. you Torqued them in the air like it's supposta be done right?? And when they're like YEH..
Say.. Well that's cool.. Cause it's SUPPOSTA be torqued while it's on the GROUND and have a (hopefully) little chuckle with them

Shouldn't take them more than 15 mins to do it with it on the ground in the parkin' lot
