I know OME is the best way to go but what are the issues with the RK 3.5 if any or is it the same as Daystar. I havn't seen much said about it on here or other forums. |

You haven't seen much about it since its not a good lift. With 5 year old springs and any kind of lift like that or even a daystar it would not last long due to the springs sagging even faster |

So all I would need is OME shocks and springs. Will it sit level without anything else and that will put me at 22'' give or take? Also 245 75 16 will fit with no issues? I'm just trying to get everything figured out before I jump. Or would a Franken lift be better. I've read everything on here I'm just trying to be certain. |

OK here's my sermon I usually give OME springs front and rear 927s front with a 1/4 inch top plate from JBA and 3/8 inch clevis with Teraflex bumpstops 948s rear with two extra upper isolators per side, 2 hockey pucks per side for bumpstops use either OME or Bilstein shocks front and rear If OME get the 132Ls for the rear JeepinByAl has everything but the hockey pucks & conduit nuts for the clevis or AllJs is also a good place where you can buy springs / shocks shockwarehouse also is a good place with fast shipping on Bilstein With the above you will be at 22.50 when settled in and good for 80-100,000 miles more than likely with a great ride and better handling than it had brand new Yes you can run 245-75-16 then and will look great End of sermon for today The Rev. has left the building |

Nothing against Frankenlifts at all, easy to install out of all the lifts I've done I have installed one , plus my last one has some Franky parts in it. Springs etc are the same so no real difference except for ease of installation in front, thats it. With the way we do them height is about the same so nothing different there either. Not sure what cobbled up lifts you have done, or on what type of vehicle, but there is NOTHING at all wrong with buying a kit or the parts I listed and doing it, not COBBLED at all |
