Happens all the time, the search button is a great feature.

Maybe a strange one, but the dash indicator is 1 position off of what the 242 transfer case is actually in. 2WD on the case shows part time, part time shows full time, full time show nothing (neutral), and neutral shows 4LO on the dash. Anyone else run into this? I was under the KJ and have verified that it is in 2WD when the dash says part time. 2004 Liberty |

If you do a search you will find this comes up at least once per week, switch on top of the transfer case some have taken the wires off and cleaned them and taken care of it, mine has done it for a day or so and then fixed itself |
