Do you guys use only frankin lift, or like skyjacker or what.. what is the fav. around here? In my city its a big sky jacker place...what the best tho? and metal, or polyurethane spacers?

any recomendations would be accepted gratefully

Around the forums here, I would say that the Frankenlift is quite popular. I had never heard of it though, until I found LOST. After extensive research, I found that the Frankenlift is a tried and tested kit that many people are very happy with. It was designed and built by All J's, and uses the best parts from differnet lift solutions, hence the name. And, early editions came with Skyjacker rear coils. This one is popular because the front strut assemblies come assembled, not in pieces, and both front and rear use OME springs.

Another favorite is Rusty's coilover lift. Same as the Fl, but the front strut assemblies are not assembled. Full coil replacement, as well as shocks and struts. I can't be certain as to what brand of springs are used though.\

As for spacer lifts, all of them are fairly similar, and some prefer different ones for different reasons. Most of them though used a steel spacer in the front, and a poly spacer in the rear.

I think you will find that the lifts like the first two are most preferred because of the capabilities they offer.

another lift that seems to be popular is from rusty's offroad, I have thier 2.5'' lift and i think its great. if you want to check them out www.rustysoffroad.com you can also check out rocky road outfitters, people also seem to have their lift www.rocky-road.com and for the question about the spacers its better to go for the whole coil over because the spacers are a pain in the stupid, and the extra cash is money well spent on the suspension.

I have wheeled the heck out of my Rusty's Spacer ($169)...

I have had it for 3 months (almost 4) and have yet to cause any problems...

People have said it will kill my struts (while this is probably true, it hasn't happened yet). The wheeling I do is mostly mud so flex isn't a concern (like it is in the desert or on the rocks).

If all you plan to hit is mud, buy a spacer lift. Daystar is the best designed lift (relocation plate for the struts saves them). The Daystar is also the most expensive spacer lift.

Does anyone use rusty's coil over suspension lift? And how does the other lift kill the struts? I am am asking because i want to fid the best valued lift and i do not go hard core off road anyway.

Rusty's 2.5" Coil lift here. They are in your neighborhood (Alabama). You could drive there and pick them up.

Shocker shocked me: "the spacers are a pain in the stupid"

I am more than satisfied with spacers and I've flexed until impossible. Maybe I've no problem because I have the "baby" spacer & prelowerd springs?

That could be an option for you if someone would part with their springs for cheap.
