Hi, ive got an 04 kj 4x4 3.7 5psd, and my intermediate shaft is rounded off on the end, so its not connected to my CV axle, whats the easiest way to remove the intermediate shaft? thanks and or if someone in the York, PA area can help PM me |

Well pull the front cover and your going to either have to split the retaining clip or pry the shaft out. I had to split my last one to get it out a little touch with and blowtorch did wonders but a chisel would probably be a better bet with it still in the jeep. |
