Well I've had the new lift installed since July and I'm now experiencing a host of new sounds from the front suspension. Every time I back out of the driveway and the front end goes over the gutter I hear two CREAKS, one from each side. Just lubed the front swaybar bushings so it must be the spring / spacer connection of the lift itself. I also have a sound, hard to explain, from either the front left bearings or CVs that I can only hear when the Jeep is driven on warmer days (above 40 F) or over 5 miles. It seems as something that is rotating, warms up, it starts making noise as I come to a stop. It's not brakes either. Do others with this lift have any problems? My CV angles look like the upper boot wants to split, it looks like it's at the lower edge of its articulation. Anyone have problems with bearings around 19,000 miles?
Thanks, Ron

The creak is because of the poly spacers. Quite common. Shoot some silicon spray down on the poly spacer and it will go away.

I found that the Lithium Grease in a spray can is the best thing so far for removing the creak - silicon spray wears out too quick.
