The lift is on the way and now I want new wheels to give me a wider stance . I have been told the Rubicon wheels will give me the correct wheel offset which i guess is equal to the offset achieved using the 1 " spacers that are available .

Can someone tell me if the above is true AND what is the correct offset in mm . I'm told that the Rubicn wheels are 3 3/4 back spacing and the lugs are 5 X 4 1/2 .

I like the Rubicon wheels but there other nicer choices that I would like to persue .

Thanks, Robert

If by Rubicon wheels you mean the MOAB wheels that come with the Rubis...the backspacing is 5" i believe, not 3.75"...not sure where you got that. Lots and lots of KJers run those wheels and they work just fine and look just as fine...lots of KJers also run other 15 and 16 in wheels from other companies and do just fine...Cragar Soft 8s, Rock Crawlers, American Racing, and so on...good luck! :D

As a rough reference, on my 2003 Sport with Rubi rims and tires, the outside of the tire is in line with the outside edge of my plastic fender.

I second Deboy's comment. I have the TrXus M/T 265/75 16's.
