just returned to my 05 crd after being parked for less than half hour and it is completely dead, all the check lights are on but it makes only the slightest whirring sound as i turn the key. i'm assuming electrics are the problem but i dont want to go down that road if there is a known "quirk" that i haven't heard about.

i have tried; disconnecting the battery, putting it in neutral, wiggling things keys wires etc., swearing and kicking the dog. ( just kidding dog lovers)

where should i be looking.
