I have a 2003 Liberty Freedom Edition. The fan on my blower will blow your cap off when its in fan only mode. When I turn on the A/C and put in recirc mode the air speed coming out of the vents cuts in half. I have to run the fan at full blast just to keep the interior cool. What would cause this reduction in fan/air speed when i run the A/C? Thanks for any help or ideas.

Is the evaporator clogged? It's the radiator looking thing the air blows through that actually cools the air. Do you have a cabin air filter installed? Maybe that is bypassed in fan only mode...I'm not sure.

Did you hear about the guy who was hooked on brake fluid?
He swears he can stop any time.
