My CRD crapped a turbo and depending on the price to fix it and a bad injector I might just part it out and sell it. I'm gauging interest to see how much I can get for the armor as that may be the most valuable thing on it.

I have a:

1. Rock Lizard HD rear
2. Sundance custom front
3. Modified Boulderbars (longer with sliders added)
4. All J's superskid
5. Kilby gas tank skid

Pics shortly...

Granted, I am just gauging serious interest for now as that will help me determine what I will do with the CRD.

I like the front bumper. I didn't like it when I first saw it with just the side profile but when I got to the pics of it head on it looks nice.

Scout - check with GDE on both Turbo and injector - he tends to have good deals

(and the injector might be able to be reconditioned by a Bosch shop for 1/2 the new price)

did you mod the sundance bumper or got a new one? who did the mod on your sliders and you have the specs on that? Would you ship it across the ocean? :lol:

OK, Thanks for all the replies everyone. Apparently there is a lot of interest.

Some background... due to audiboy86 giving me an awesome deal on an injector (shout out to Zach!), I was able to save a lot of money for the fix. It is still in the shop right now and I won't know the damage for about another week or so. Once it is running I will make a decision then as to what to do. Having said that there are a couple things...

1. I love this vehicle as it does everything I want it to with decent gas mileage. It just needs a little more love and care... sometimes it gets on your nerves but man what a ride...My ultimate goal is to get it running, sell it, and switch the armor to another CRD with less miles. All this depends on how much the repairs are and whether I can sell my current car for a decent price.

2. Someone saw the Jeep in the shop and wanted to buy it on the spot, damage and all. I will go with this deal first as it is easier for me if his price is right. I told him that I would sell the vehicle for cheap without the armor but haven't got an answer back yet.

So if the above options do not pan out then I will part it out.

I hope you think the prices are fair. I'm not sure what these items are going for but it looks like some of them are no longer made. If I auction them, these will be the starting bids. If I go with the date stamp then the prices in parentheses are the prices I would like to get for them. If you guys see prices that are lower on these items then let me know and I will lower the price as well. These prices do not include s&h. I've shipped a bumper from Arizona to Louisiana before and it came out to be around $100 by Saia ground. Of course this was 3 yrs ago. I will send all shipping notices and tracking invoices once money is received. I learned from Zach how it's done.

In fairness I am not sure on whether to go by auction or time stamp with all the replies. If there are any impartial ideas on this, I'm open. I should have thought this through better. I'm sorry. Maybe I'll give the set price to the first person on the list and if they do not agree to the price then I will go to the next. If no one likes the price then I will auction it. If this is off-putting to some I'm sorry as I've never done this before and I don't know the rules (if there are any). Above all I would like a decent price of course but I want to be fair to everyone both in price and in deed.
