anyone know a way to get a message to them? Tried calling the number on the website and emailing a few times over the past two months... nothing. |

Keep trying, they are still in the catch up / getting things sorted out / ready to take more orders stage / getting new products into development etc . |

Martin emailed me back pretty quick this morning when I asked a question on the skids. I've heard of customer service issues but man I really want those lol |

I email him back and forth all the time. Sometimes it may be a few days on his side or mine depending on what we are into , but he always gets back to me |

Same here!! And I found out long ago that bombarding people with message after message usually makes them less likely to respond quite as fast as just letting them get to it. |

...thus my sending only a couple messages over the past month (started May 9). I am not complaining, I have worked in the industry and understand they have a long road ahead to get the backlog off to their owners. My concern is the hard-deadline of my 11 day overland trip from the badlands through the black hills. That being said. Martin got back to me today and my order is now rolling.

Sent out email Sunday night got a response this morning. They are doing better returning calls and emails then before. |
