Your about maxed for a CRD.

Where is it rubbing? Yoy may need to pound the pinchweld down and/or heat and remold the front wheel well area.

9/16s strut leveling spacers ???? why?
Have you had the alignment done yet?
And along with TJKJ sounds like it may be maxed out
what are you sitting at now, middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare?
and the questions he asked :?:

Its rubbing in the front corner of the wheel well. As for the spacer its a leveling plate.

Heat up that area and slowly remold it is one thing you can do, Heat gun works wonders

You did get CRD springs, right?

tj what do you mean by maxed out? I was wondering if 1.25 wheel spacers would help or getting a new lift of 2.5-3in

If you are currently running wheels with 4 inches of back spacing then running spacers will not help at all, only make matters worse.
So now onto what you lift you have? Did you get the 790 OME front springs?
If its rubbing in the front corners then like I said before just heat with a heat gun and remold the area for extra room there

With an OME, Clevis lift and top spacer - you're not going any higher without killing the Drivers side CV joint.

it's shorter - gets too steep an angle too fast.

try trimming wheel liner (or removing it) - have you flattened the pinch weld?

or - try remounting the tires on Stock wheels and see if those rub.

I have not flattened the pinch weld yet or heated any part of the wheel well. I do have an ome lift for the diesel 1 1/2 in back 2 in in front. I'm not sure what a clevis lift is. If I take off the ome lift and put on rocky road outfitters 2 1/2 lift for back and 3in for front do you believe the would fix the problem.I definatly want to keep my new rims. Thanks for your help

Im running the same set up as you are except Its not CRD.
1st Google clevis lift...
2nd Pound the crap out of that pinch weld, and make sure to paint it with rust preventer.
3rd Trim, or heat and bend the front of the wheel liner out of the way.

If its not hitting the pinch weld don't pay any mind to it right now, you never said it was so assume its not.
Now I really do hope you are joking about removing a great OME lift to put on a POS from RRO.
What do you measure from the middle of the wheel to bottom of the flare. That will tell us how much lift you actually have. OME advertises 1.5 but in reality its more

as I mentioned in one of the other posts on this

the OME springs are physically 1.5" longer than stock - that's sitting free uncompressed

however they're much stiffer than stock 500lbs/in vs 410 lbs/inch

so assembled into the Jeep - they normally give much more lift - mine was 2 1/2" - with ARB on the front

however original springs might have sagged a bit, so yours may be different

try measuring per this thread to compare
http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=43472

personally I think your lift is fine - but the tire's not centered in the wheel well.
