Help required

Hoping someone on here has had a similar problem and can tell me the correct part number . Sir Sam has kindly looked at the parts fiche and he also can't find it.
Problem: glass open warning
Traced fault to the small switch located in middle of tailgate ( were it pops glass open )
Looking from the rear it's the one slightly left of centre.
I've taken it apart and got it working temporarily , but it is deffo on way out , little rubber boot is split.
This switch is not to be mistaken for the one in the tailgate door handle that activates the pop glass ( already replaced that last year).

Thanks for your reply Wwdiesel , I think the part you have mentioned is attached to the tailgate door handle ( pops glass open on first pull of lever). I need the switch that detects when the glass is open or closed, it is situated in the middle of the tailgate were the glass latches shut.

I believe from what I read, this harness contains the mico switch that tells the body computer that the glass is open. :?:

Worth a try for a few bucks...

Thanks again I'll chase that up , but unfortunately in the Uk anything from stealership isn't a few bucks we get properly ripped off , and all the dealerships locally have closed , there is only one and they are mainly a fiat dealer.
