Might seem like a simple replacement, and I'm sure it is. However, I looked at the wiper arms and they seem to be the "J" type. My problem is that I can't see how to remove the old wiper blades. There seems to be a spring-like latch, but pushing against it causes nothing to move. What must I do to replace the wipers? Thanks. Hank Dz |

Squeeze and pull down towards the vehicle. |

Thanks. That worked. I was concerned that pressing the little tab would break something. Even though the replacement diagram that came with the new blades indicated to tug on the blade in the direction toward the vehicle as you did. It did not, however, indicate that the tab should be squeezed at the same time. Your directions made the difference. Thanks again. New wiper blades. Storm coming. Should be good to go. |
