2k7 KJ-Frankenlifted JBA-A-arms
This picture is taken when the KJ is on the ground. The contact gets a lot more severe at full droop.
I can't find the other picture but it showed the clevis being around 2" or more towards the driver side wheel so it did not make any contact.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

How many miles do you have on the Frankenlift?
I'd guess not too many, pretty common issue since it takes quite a while to really beat them in good and settle down
Nothing you can really do

Since you don't have listed what you have is it a gasser or CRD?

Gasser
It has around 2k to 3k miles on it.

Correct me if I am wrong; but the stroke of the shock is in total control of how close the upper part of the clevis comes to the drive axle? :?:

Yes not many yet
what do you measure from the center of the wheel to bottom of the flare in front?

I'm running around 22 3/4 on the front. I understand that the lift should fall, it just won't. I wouldn't have as much body contact with my A-Arms, I can't grind the pocket down because the droop problem would be even worse. I've been running this lift for a while, I also just towed a trailer from Cedar Rapids, IA to Prescott, AZ. The KJ hasn't been off road a lot but it does go off road and is flexed a lot when it does.
From what I can tell you're right WWDiesel, the shock is what is creating this problem. I think it's longer than stock so it makes way too much contact when at droop. Take that picture and think of it dropping at least 3 more inches, makes major contact.
Just my opinion but it seems like the Frankenlift should replace the clevis with a longer version. Remove some lift from the top side. Seems like this would alleviate the problem. I would much rather have factory front flex that doesn't tear the boot instead of slightly better front flex that cuts open the driver side CV boot. Unless something is majorly wrong with my vehicle, this seems like a pretty big design flaw in the lift. It doesn't make it easy to tear the boot, it makes it almost guaranteed that it will tear as soon as the drivers side wheel comes off of the ground. I'll stop whining now :D lol
Does anyone know if the clevis comes in longer versions? It seems like if I used the front springs that are on it, only use the springs instead of the entire assembly, put on a shorter factory style shock, A clevis lift and possibly a top plate, it seems like this would likely fix the issue. Any idea if this is possible or is there something I'm overlooking?

I think a simple solution would be to change the shocks? :?:
That is the reason that I used Ironman springs and Bilstein shocks and a 1/2 clevis spacer. I got the lift I wanted and the ride is almost as smooth on pavement as the OEM parts, and no clearance problems with parts contacting each other... :-)r
I have 20 3/4 inches from center of wheel to fender flare lip with this setup. Plan on getting 245x75x16 AT's in the near future now that I have the tire clearance. :JEEPIN:

Have you contacted AllJ's to get their input? Send Quinn this picture and see what he says.

Has this Jeep ever been in an accident? How much gap on the passenger side?

wow amazing what some come up with

your front shock is stock length only longer front shock is the Ironman , its not the shock or clevis
there is no longer clevis available and if there were then you'd have way too much lift and would have other issues.
Seen them this close before you just need to twist and flex it out a whole lot more, it takes quite a while
Drivers side is always closer like that

Yes, I have contacted AllJ's. Heather has given the picture to the head tech; there's probably nothing they can do but it's possible they might know of a fix.
It has not been in a wreck that I know of.
All I can say is read the top of the post again.
It did seem to help it settle a little to take the sway bar off and go try to flex it some more, "I'm in Prescott, AZ there are unmaintained roads everywhere." It doesn't seem to flex much with the front sway bar on.

Someone was on JBA's face book page and posted about how he installed Limit Straps on the front. It was not very expensive or hard to install either.
