Ok, just changed the drivers side CV boot less than 2 weeks ago. Now, the drivers side and passenger side are blown!

I am sitting at 23" on all 4 corners measuring center of hub to fender flare. Why does this keep happening?

Well if 19 is stock you've got 4" of lift. That could be a bit much for the CVs. I'm sagging an inch or so and mine are original with 160k. You've got a bit too much angle there. It's a geometry issue. I keep kicking around getting a mild lift but I'm thinking 2-2.5" max. I don't want to go changing too much.

Just the boot? What kind of lift do you have? Is it a crd? Tommudd runs more than 4 inch and his are fine.

Sent with the power of children's screams!!!

Yes, just the boots.

Lift is OME springs and bilsteins all around. Top plate and 3 ring clevis in front. So, a DIY "Frankie"...

The passenger side had 125K on it before blowing and the drivers side I have already replaced twice, this will be the third time.

Not a do it yourself Franky since the setup is completely different Frankenlifts use an internal spacer .
but
if the right side had 125,000 you did well, its a wear item and depending on how you take care of them, keep the boots clean etc how long they will last
Biggest issues I have seen on the drivers sides are pinching the boot when reinstalling a new one , may not show up right away but then it will split in the weak spot. Where is the boot is the issues?
