Got my Frankenlift in the mail last week and have ran into a couple snafus. First off, I somehow stripped the nuts that attach the upper ball joint to the knuckle on both sides. So we decided to cut them off and get a couple from the dealer. Dealer said they had some, but I couldn't get them until Monday. Go in Monday and found out they were ordered for somebody and they would have to be backordered. So, I decided to get JBA UCAs, which got here today. Figured this would be a breeze after this. Undo passenger side UCA bolt up strut and try bolt clevis on. Something's not right. I look and find this:

The threads on the bold and clevis are smooshed. What are my options besides buying a new clevis? Can smooth out the threads on the clevis completely and find a nut and bolt solution? Besides the local junkyard, where's a good place to get a new clevis?

Found one, finally. Was supposed to have it Saturday, but the guy ordered the wrong part. He got everything but the clevis... Should have it tomorrow and hopefully have the lift installed after work.
