Post subject:  green cv joint grease?

I'm cutting my front axle inner CV joints as recommended by JeepinByAl, and I need to repack the joints. I bought new Moog boots, and they come with a dark grey grease. The OE grease is a light green color. I'd rather use the OE spec grease. Anyone know what it is?

Been selling/installing aftermarket parts for over 40 years. If Moog supplies it, use it. Had your O.E. axle been built a week earlier, or later, it could very well have been packed with a totally different lube from a totally different supplier. MOPAR buys by specification, not color.

I'm sure Moog is thrilled with your endorsement. Anyone know the answer to the question that I asked?
