I have a 2005 Liberty CRD limited that has suddenly lost its ability to keep my bum warm. Both driver and passenger seats warmers do not work. Both fuses (f30/f25 have continuity and voltage running through them). the switches are still backlit but the led indicator do not light up or flash when you try to turn the seat warmer on high/low. Ive checked the power at the seat module under the drivers seat but my wire colours do not match what the service manual says so its hard to tell exactly whats going on. I dont want to buy a new module without confirming that its the faulty part. Not sure if anybody has suddenly lost the heated seats like this but I cant find any info on the web to suggest its happened before. All the harnesses under the seat are plugged and everything else in the vehicle is working. |
