Hey all. I ordered an Ironman Lift for my 2005 Liberty about a week ago, and haven't heard a 'peep' out of JBA, other than the order itself. Is this normal for this company? I was under the impression that they would process it in a couple days, and ship it somewhat quick. I was planning on getting it in a week! I'm excited to get the lift, after owning the vehicle since new without any modifications. I just hope half the season doesnt go by before I actually receive it! Thoughts? Steve in Utah |

Have you tried calling them? They have always been quick to answer the phone for me. |

It was the same experience for me. Just give them a call to enquire on the status. They are generally very good with customer service, but they do not necessarily update you with the status of your order even if it is delayed for some reason. |

All depends on if they have available stock or it has to come from the Ironman warehouse. Things like UCAs etc are always in stock with at least 20 sets or so waiting. Shocks springs and things they do not manufacture on site of course have to be shipped in, most times directly to the consumer |

My worst experience was with my springs, but the Marlin called me saying the manufacturer had to send the spring dies in for maintenance and were on backorder for nearly a month. He had them shipped straight from the powder-coating place to my door...in one day haha. |

I gave JBA a call and they informed me when everything would ship, etc. They just don't update the orders site. Must be busy. Anyhoo...the lift is on (with UCAs), and is fantastic!! Makes my 10 year old KJ ride like new. I'm the only owner. If anyone is thinking of a lift....just do it! Ciao from Utah

Where about in Utah are you. I just moved to Heber from MA and there seems to be quite a few lifted liberty's out here. Way more than I saw back east. I bought some duratracs so now I gotta get a lift. |
