I ordered mine a few weeks ago since buying a set of decent cross bars for the factory rails would have cost just as much. Does anyone have one on their jeep yet? How are you liking it?

Well, its now december and I still haven't gotten the rack can't get in touch with them via phone or email, so I have filed a complaint with paypal and am hoping to either get them motivated or get my $490 back.

Honestly, I hope I end up getting the rack as opposed to a refund because I do really want it and could definitely use it a lot.

I figured I would update this thread:

I filed a claim with Paypal at the end of december. Since we were outside of the 45 day window they allow for, they were doing it more as a favor to try and help me figure out the situation, but couldnt really do anything concrete. They sent a letter via mail to RockLizard and on January 7th I got an apology email from Martin. What he told me was that he could either refund me the $490 or, if I gave him another 2 weeks, he would send me the rack and eat the shipping costs himself.

I wanted the rack, I have heard good things about his products, so I agreed to wait two weeks. Waited the two weeks and had not heard a peep so I sent him an email to check in. Nothing. Waited a while and sent another email. Finally, March 11th I sent an email saying I was filing a dispute with my Credit Card company and gave him a few hours to respond. I never heard so I filed the dispute and as far as I know they got the money back, at least I got a refund back on my card. I still haven't heard from him after all of this so I dont know what the deal is.

All in all a great experience . . . .
