Does anyone know what the torque setting is for the bolts that hold the drive shaft to the rear diff?

I saw a fasteners chart somewhere. A half inch bolt (which is smaller by .014" than what's on your d/s) can be torqued to 110ft/lbs

Keep in mind, if your bolt is dirty or covered in sand or the holes still have loctite in them.. It's gonna screw up your reading.

Nope. I'm talking about the 4 15mm bolts that hold the yoke to rear riff. I was going to take a picture but didn't get it yet. If I don't get an answer soon I'll make sure to get the pic the next chance I have to crawl under there. Thanks though.

4 15mm bolts? I just made a spacer for my rear pinion flange. The flange has two sets of holes, one 7/16 the other m12. Which bolt pattern are you talking about?

If it was me personally, I'd measure then look up the torque spec for that size and grade (10.9) on google. Add loctite, torque and be done.

I torqued my m12's to 100 ft lbs and used loctite. But I also chased my threads with a tap and used new bolts. So I was pretty bang on the reading.
