Need to wire 4 100w KC daylighters on the roof. I want this to be a clean install. Thinking about running the wires through roof up under the plastic at the front of the roof rail. Need to run 4 10 gauge wires. Has anyone gone this rout with wiring? If so could you post some pice of the roof penetration. Or pics other clean ways to run the wire. |

Look at how boat owners run wires through , works great Why 4 wires? 4 sets of lights? I ran mine ( 4 lights) on two switches , grounded at the roof |

1 switch, 2 relays. Supply and return for 2 circuits. Going to ground to underside of roof supports under headliner. Can't realy ground to the rack as I still have the stock rails. Unless of course I ground the rack to the vehicle first. |

I ran my hot wire 10ga up the plastic that runs into the channel on top, and out through a hole i drilled in the support. Grounded on one of the bolts that are in the supports |
