Hi guys, a couple of days ago the MIL light came on but the car was running just fine. I stopped and checked it with my OBD...the result was a P0299 code which said Turbocharger underboost. I reset the code, had a good look at the engine compartment but nothing strange in there. Today the MIL light came on again and, as a deja vu, everything looked the same: P0299, no apparent issues, and car engine performing exactly as it should. Any idea? Just to give you a full picture: one month ago I replaced the air filter, the diesel filter and the MAP sensor. Could it be a faulty indication or something is happening but I just don't know where to look at? Has any of you already experienced this kind of problem? Thank you all. |

If you experience no drive ability issues at all, my guess is faulty reading/sensor.. Wet sensor.. Or other electronic failure. Can you test the sensors in question with a 12v multimeter? |
