I am working on some new products for you guys!

I don't wanna spill all the Wanna spill all the beans just yet,

But I am pretty sure I can develop a dyi (bolt on) adjustable coilover kit for 250 - 300 bucks. Which will enable you to use any coilover from any manufacturer you want.

I am developing something to blow front end articulation right out of the water, something never seen before... Anywhere on an ifs vehicle.

I am still pluggin away on the steel diff kits, hoping to be able to keep the cost under 300 bucks. I don't own a lathe... Yet lol!

Also developing hood louvers that run on a servo, open/shut and may include a type of fan... Maybe.. :)

I have put the idea out to some of my friends about interchangeable stub shafts for the dana 44 and this the possibility of humongous cv's and a dana 44 front. Imaging running 33's locked?? I can :)

Just wanted to fill you in on some of my projects.

Oh!! Forgot to mention. I am seriously considering releasing the IRO bracket to populous!! I have also designed a new "extreme misalignment" version. Imaging a sfa swap and not having to four link the rear??

Oh.. Lights years down the road (maybe) I have been jamming the ideas around about a sfa swap kit. Now way in hell it will cost 12k tho, that would be retarded. I may just reach out to my aquaintance at iro for that.

Oh!! Also gonna create DIY bumper brackets for winch and non winch variants. Kinda like I make the frame and you guys decide the style of bumper you wanna weld/bolt onto it.

Toodles for now :)

Yep been looking at Taco's

If this guy makes everything so cheap and easy it won't be fun anymore to build a KJ
everyone and their idiot brother in law will have one
There goes the neighborhood

Id buy a Tacoma 4x4 in a heart beat. Quad cab, heck yeah!!!. Especially since JBA makes arms for them.

But IF WhitbyKJ has that coilover kit for 300, shocks for 400 pair, springs for 100 pair. Shoot your looking at half than JBA. Throw on some King variable rate springs and some QA1 adjustable dual rate shocks. And you have the same thing, but less red!!!

Id be intrested to see what this long travel idea is.

But I run 32.2s that are actually heavier than 33" MTRs. Im locked front and havent blown a CV. But I also dont act stupid.

I think there has been an error in syntax here boys :) lol

Flex like never before.

Been putting the brain in over drive the last couple of days.

Been working lots of overtime to raise funds for more r and d..

Yes I am developing a kit for coil overs. One hundred percent totally adjustable.

Cheap prices? You bet, kj's are cheaper than wranglers so the availability of parts for guys like me with three kids should also be better right?

Consider this, my proposed prices are in canadian funds.. Meaning for the American folks, it's even cheaper.

It should also be noted that steel is steel... For the most part. My parts are made from either hrs or crs, from the local mill. So while it may seem that I am cuttin the cost of things, it's not at the compromise of materials integrity.

Some parts will however be made of 6061 alum, but those won't be weigh bearing parts.

Like this Gem, when jimmies got rustled.

"if you want to stir doo doo bring it on, ITS MY BUMPER period OK nothing to do with anyone else , had 2 made up by one person rest have been done by another company rest will be done by another when I find someone that WILL make them to my specs and welds etc done right."

This is way off topic, but time to put this to bed.

The kk cradle did work, but I didn't want to buy another cv shaft. The kk cv is an inch and a half shorter than the kj one I was using.

The kk intermediate is longer than the kj's. But however the cradle does bolt to the kj and the steering rack is the same bolt pattern. It's just that I needed to buy a cv and a wheel bearing. I wasn't interested in Doing that. But I do still have the kk cradle and diff.. The kk passenger side cv is shorter to accommodate the longer intermediate. Which means the kj has a longer pass cv, because the intermediate is shorter. But both vehicles share the same cradle. (Brackets different) during the swap I was using the kj cvs. Again trying to keep cost down. But, they're too long for the kk diff.

It was at that point I decided we need steel diffs, that don't cost as much as I paid for my kj. The steel diff kit I am making will be less than the cradle, diff, cvs, and hubs required to kk swap the kj.

K, now that's out of the way......
The kk diff swap is still a soft spot. :) should have bought the kk hubs and cvs.

Tom, what's up man? I wasn't upset above. I just didn't want anyone to get antsy for a long travel ifs, when that's not what I was making. I don't wanna let anyone down.

:) <~~~~ see the smiley? I'm smiling babe.

My woman and I ran into an issue before with text messaging. There isn't any excitement or emotion to it. We're here communicating in text. It's impossible to feel the excitement or lack there of in someone's voice. So I should emphasize that I love jokes, just like I hope your joking about a buying a taco, lol funny term I've never heard before. I threw up in my mouth.

I'm an epic joker :)

We all need each other :) no one person has all the answers :) and that's why I love LOST

I'm not entirely sure I follow you. I sent you pm's asking if we were cool. Saying I don't wanna stress you or anyone else out for that matter.

I have and always will maintain a LOST "family" attitude. I don't believe I have ever put anyone down.

Aside from the kk diff swap being a soft spot, I take things pretty well. I did send you a pm asking if your okay. Because I care. I care about the general well being of all people. Even mother in laws lol!!

I'm not sure if there is a misinterpretation or a general all round mix up. from what I gathered there seems to be a lot of hostility on here for some reason.... But why? Aren't we all trying to do the same thing?

I do say tho, let's just chill and come together.

Won't say what a TACO is slang for in Swahili
BUT
Wife still has laughs a lot when someone orders one
First time when we started dating and mentioned going to get a Taco, she looked at me like i was crazy.
Hey I didn't have a clue what it meant back home for her :ROTFL:
Toyota Tacos are on the list, way up the list before Wrangler JKUs and other Jeeps now days
