Couldn't notice how strikingly similar it is to my design. Rofl

Many moons ago I remember sending Marlin an email trying to get him on board for the bolt on axle kit. Looks like it finally arrived. Just got the notice in my email from him.

Now if I could only get some more of his attention, we could some seriously crazy products out there.

i really am truly amazed. Upset a little bit that it wasn't a three link style, but excited that people can finally get better options for their rear end.

I'm glad it's finally out to. Tom's been testing that for forever. I know
I've been bugging him every other week (is he going to release it yet?) lol. I remember when you started working on yours he asked Marlin to hurry it up.

I was running Version 1 a long time before you came to LOST
When you contacted Marlin we were already onto Version II with many miles on both
So while you may think his looks like yours, I was thinking how much yours looks like his...............
Thats after I saw a picture of yours last evening when some one posted it to show me
but in reality only so many ways to make something like that
just like rockrails and some other items ya know :JEEPIN:
More products are planned and being tested  :pepper:

Very true Tom, very true. You can only design something so many ways. Wishing I still had that email I sent almost a year ago. I swear tho, Al's bracket is almost exactly what I described in the email! I mean it couldn't be anymore to a direct comparison. Specifically the part where I wrote that the pins should travel through the top of the bracket and bolt into the lower portion! This is truly awesome!

At the very least... It means great minds think alike.

wondering when al's gonna email me back?

Well considering that Al sold the company to Marlin years ago I wouldn't hold my breath while waiting. :ALONE:

Just heard back from IRO.

Also heard from JBA.

Got me a feeling that somebody is gonna get you guys hooked up.

I don't know what to say. JBA emailed me and then I called Joe@IRO.

Joe wants to see some pics of an install and it wheeling. JBA said he is working on something similar.

Marlin owns Jeepinbyal, Al Handy sold the company to Marlin several years ago when he was just making UCAs in his garage ( painted black)
The design has been on going but pretty much the same for a long time , before you came on board.
marlin keeps things tight to his chest and doesn't share until its right so while some think it was yesterday its been a long ride :JEEPIN: :ROTFL:
But with only so many holes, a limited amount of room, has to be bent to the west and then east while going south, they all do look somewhat similar

Very true. I understand exactly what your saying.

Similarly, little things like materials composition can make or break these things also.

Heat stress, metal fatigue, etc. I'm not saying one is better than the other, it's just always nice to have more than one option.

Totally agree, same but different in design, different routes to get to the same end result!
Someday we'll have all of the parts we want for them, thats why i'm going to keep buying them up! :ROTFL: :ROTFL:
