| Post subject: | Crashed Jeep 2.8 CRD keeps jumping up and down gears |
Hi Guys my second post after the intro. As the title reads is my question, its an auto gearbox, and since its been crashed on the front i was wondering if its worth repairing as it drives fine, no damage to wheels suspension, brakes etc, it just keeps jumping up and down in gears ? it looks as though the radiator fan is compressed up against the radiator, I wondered if that had something to do with it. What with all the computer systems running cars these days etc. I just need to know if this Jeep is worth spending money on it or not ? I can spend 3000 on it. English pounds lol |

There is a communication module in front of the battery and mounted on the sub-frame rail. May have something to do with it. Just a wild guess. Have not examined the circuits to see how it works. John |
