While looking for new motor mounts for my 2005 Liberty I found what appears to be the round rubber mount piece with the bolt hole in the center . It doesn't have the metal around it that bolts to the engine . Anyone ever replace the rubber part in the existing mount ?

I think your referring to the bushing.

I wouldn't for a second try to press out the bushings.. Pain in the booty!!

Just buy the bolt on style.

But if you fancy a challenge.. Give her hell

Yep , I ordered the complete mounts . I also contacted the seller of the inserts/bushings & was told they are a pressed in fit . Having pressed bushings into suspension & other parts I can see that these might be ok . Heck of a lot less expensive .
