Well I guess this question is mostly for Tom but if anyone else knows the answer go ahead. I'm interested in the Tommudd 3.5" econo lift on JBA. Would there be any other parts that I would have to buy if I put that lift on? I thought I read somewhere an adjustable track bar was recommended for 3.5" and over. How about the CV's, Will they be OK or will I need to cut them down. I would like to run Moabs. would they work out good with this lift without rubbing? What size tire would be recommended? I think I asked tire size before but I can't remember. I plan on running Duratracs. Had them on my JK and loved them. It also asks how many clevis spacers I would want. I'm not sure. I don't have a custom bumper or a diesel but may get a bumper in the future. But for now I just want to be able to run Moabs and the biggest Duratracs I can fit without rubbing. |

Cant answer all of your questions. But i have an ome lift and moabs with 245/75/16 duratracs will fit with minor rubbing on the pinch weld. Do a search for a how to but basically cut the plastic, fold it back and beat the pinch weld back with a sledge, DONT CUT IT. i havent done a clevis yet, plan on it after the first of the year when i put on jba a arms. Im sure others will chime in but thats a little off your list! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

First it would help to know if you have a KJ or KK , with a KK would highly suggest the extended rear track bar, of course the KJ does not have one Second, yes you will need Teraflex front bumpstops, and 2 hockey pucks per side work great in the rear CVs will be fine Moabs ( from 03-06 Wrangler work great) Tire size, with the Moabs 265-70-16s work great or 255-70-16s Clevis depends on which springs you go with If OME then 3/8 inch, if Ironman then .500 I would highly siggest the OME Back to tire size you could go to a larger tire, BUT any larger like 265-75-16s would require a regear as well |

It's a KJ Tom. Sorry I just came from the JK world so I'm used to the whole trackbar thing. I guess the post I saw somewhere on here was talking about a KK. I appreciate the time you take to answer all our questions. I'm not looking to do a regear so 265/70/16 sounds good to me. |

Hey guys. What would be the largest size tire I could fit with this lift on my 06 KJ? |

30s eh? Isn't stock like 29 inches? Not too much return on investment there.... |

245/75 would be the max without regearing IMO. You might be able to get away with bigger if you live somewhere relatively flat, but here in the mountains my 245s and 3.73s can be a dog at times. Will a 245 fit without lift...no. |

Sounds like an impressive rig... a couple I think floating around I've had 3 different roof racks, 3 different front bumpers ( ARB, Rock Lizard and Matrix brush guard ) 2 different rear bumpers , and lots of other changes over the last 11 years Been selling off all of the parts and figuring out what all to do next to it. In the meantime starting the build up of the 03 I picked up a couple of months back, full coilover 2.5-3 inch lift/ 265-70-16s, 4.10s etc on it plus some other goodies ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

So what would it take to shoehorn 32s under my 06 Libby properly? Will this 3.5 lift with a swap to 4.10s do the trick? My Jeep won't be seeing extreme off road at all. I use it to explore forest service roads and the odd two track trail from time to time. I like the look of lifted jeeps for sure and it has to be capable of doing well off road. The MOST extreme trail it might see would be White Rim in Moab if that gives you an idea of what I'm after... |

Do a fourm search. Theres a way to get the OME/Ironman to 4"+ Sent from my SM-N900P using Tapatalk |

So 31's with 3.5 inches of lift and 4.10 regear is the best setup with this lift? I'd be happy with that.... Would I have to flatten the pinch weld? |

Would I have to flatten the pinch weld? some get away with not flattening the pinch welds but its very close, best to do it and be done 30s/31s and 4.10s would be a great combo, the 03 I'm building now will have 265-70-16s and 4.10s For me 265-75-16s and 4.10s was marginal , would of been better with 4.56s |
