Has anyone else had this problem? Three of them have ripped off, or are about to be ripped off. Has anyone found a cheap source of replacements for them? I can say it doesn't look very nice without them. Hope I don't just have to make some home made handles to replace them.

Mine started popping off when used to shut the door. The screw that's down in the hand-hold had ripped through and the armrest would rise up and pop out when you shut the door. The armrest itself has hook thingys to hold it to the door, but without the screw holding it down, they'd rise up enough that the hook thingys would come out of the slots in the door.

I took some aluminum strap and cut it fit the inside of the hand-hold. I then drilled a hole through it to match the location of the screw hole inside. I then put the armrest back on, and fastened the screw through the aluminum piece so it performed like a washer.

The screw can no longer pull through and the armrest has been stable and solid for about a year now.

Mine weren't damaged, other than the screw hole ripping, so this fix worked on mine.
