Howdy, Does anyone else have an issue with the central (overhead) info display 'resetting' itself randomly? Over here in the UK we're a bit confused about our mix of metric/imperial, so we use miles, MPG and then degrees C (generally) for the temperature, so I switch between the settings now and then (when I feel a nip in the air). On regular occasions however, my "X miles to go" fuel display swaps itself to "X km to go", so I need to go in an reset it back to "U.S.". Just wondering if there's a dodgy wire/connector/relay somewhere perhaps? Not massively urgent, but if anyone's come across this before, I'd be grateful of some light shed. Ta muchly |

My display resets if power is cut. It uses unswitched power lead for memory. While doing my retrofit it reset whenever I disconnected power. Now that it is in it only resets if the battery went dead or I pulled the battery cable when servicing. |

Finally bit the bullet and replaced the battery (as my old one was on its last legs). Seems to have cured the problem with the display resetting. I wonder if the low power reset it constantly (as mentioned by dennyb, above)? Anyway, happy days!
