Newbie here

I read the info in the lift section and I still have a couple of questions>
First, what I have: 2006 Jeep kj limited with the 6 cyl engine, select track and the 17 inch rims
question:
I am hesitating between the 2 inch BDS lift and the OME HD lift. I know the OME is the reference but its also the most expensive here in canada, I can get the BDS lift and had 2 front struts for about 800$ canadian or I can get the OME HD for about 1300$..... There is a big diff in price where i am. I am also thinking of getting front 1/4 inch plates and extra rear isolator for about half inch of extra lift for a total of about 2.5 inches
Question 1: besides springs, struts and rear shocks, will i need to modify anything else besides the rear brake line brackets (as per this thread)?
Question 2: Any other way to reasonably lift the jeep about 2.5 inches? ex: can I add 2002 front and rear springs plus 1/2 inch plates/isolators to have about 2 inches of lift?
Thanks for any info. I am planning the lift to be purchased and completed by end of October.

OK to sit things right from the get go
OME will give you 2.5 inches of lift with nothing added like clevis and top plate
BDS gives you about 2.25 , plus the rear shocks are about the cheapest things they could find.
Of course you know you'll need fronts,
I've installed one BDS and a whole bunch of Ironman and OME, I prefer OME personally just a better lift over all
2002 springs are not available, haven't been since April 12,2002
If you wanted to get just stock replacement springs, you could add a top plate for 1/2 inch lift, and 3/8 inch clevis for another 3/4 inch so you'd have 1.25 inches of lift
On 2006 you have to make a 3 inch long bracket to drop the rear brakelines down some
