Post subject:  Rear caliper bolt thread pitch?

On my 2006 I have lost the thread on one of the rear caliper mounts. I want to put a helicoil in it and be able to retain the stock mounting caliper pins.

I have a decent set of dies and assorted hardware around and cannot match the size and thread pitch. After searching to the end of the Internet, i am unable to find confirmation on the size of these buggers.

I think they are M9 x 1.25 and 50 mm long. Not even Fastenal has this size to check.

Anyone know for sure?

The OEM number for the bolt is: 06507603AA
Could not find the size listed anywhere for this part no.
If you still have one of the bolts, you should be able to measure the bolt with a metric caliper and a metric thread pitch gauge?

Look at this bolt guide, page 2, it covers metric bolt sizes.>>http://us.mt.com/dam/mt_ext_files/Editorial/Generic/5/bolt_thread_types_dimensions_0x0002464400026aa20006025d_files/bolt.pdf
It does not list an M9 size as 9mm is a very rarely used bolt size, most go from M8 to M10!

Helicoil does not list any M9 coils: (see page 13)
