Anyone going to the Pine Barrens Jeep Jamboree this weekend?

I wish I was, but couldnt get myself the muster up the dough to go there for the JJ fee when its free any other time. I'm hoping to make the one in Monticello.

Good thing I saw you extended your breathers! You'd be better off with a snorkel there! Mighty wet.

Any suggestions for trails so that I can make it home without drowning? We've had a lot of rain lately!

Stay away from anything having to do with "cranberries", unless you are in a canoe.

Can you explain more? Are there some trails named cranberry somethingorother? I don't want to get the riddle wrong and drown to death as a result!

 There are actual cranberry bogs there. The bottoms are VERY soft so without MTRs or a locker, you will get stuck and then start sinking.

Yea i got stuck this weekend while i was with some friends offroading in the pine barrens. That muck is the worst. BTW i have stock tires so i was doomed from the start. I took on mud up to the middle of the grille and i had to have a friend jump out of my liberty and attach the tow cables to the rear of my libby in that muck. I got out but still, that stuff is nasty.

Check the videos out at www.jeeptales.com. My personal favorite is:

http://www.jeeptales.com/videos/06%20Pi ... uccess.MPG

It's 33M, so give it a minute or 3 to load. I promise, it's worth the wait.

Thanks!

I thought I was done at first and needed a strap. (That's why I straightened my wheels and sat there idling.) But they said "back it up and try it again" and viola!

Keep downloading it, folks. 4,107 times since saturday night!

Not hurting my feelings! It looks lowered because it's next to my BEAST!

It's stock height. But he's got lockers (either air or e-lockers) front and rear on that thing! As we learned that day, lift and tires are more important than lockers in these conditions.
