We're runnin to Martinez Cabins and the loop on Tuesday the 26th. I'll probably be parking my heep somewhere as I don't have the clearance to run the whole loop. Anyone wanna go? We're meeting at the Shell in Gold Canyon at 8:30, then at the airdown spot at 9AM.

Sorry, can't make it during the week, my co-pilot and spotter works M~F.

I know where Martinez Cabin is, what loop are you talking about... Martinez Mine? If that's the case, yeah... you'd have to park the Liberty. Even for a stock Wrangler, crossing through the boulders at the start of the loop is too much. I did it in my TJ with no lift, just 31" tires, and scraped bottom all the way across the wash. That's as far as I went. I turned around and went back to the cabin while some others ran the loop.

Yeah, We were gonna run the loop but only made it to the mill/mine. It get's really nasty after that and only a couple of the rigs could have made it. It was getting late and none of us had done the entire loop before so we decided to pass on it (I found out last night the loop is rated a 4 outta 5, ahem). I woulda left the Liberty at the mill :) Nothing was broken on the trip aside from the tire sidewall that was split. We all faired quite well. My heep did really good and aside from scraping the cross members and hitting the front bumper a few times I didn't have any damage. I did put a small dent/scratch in my drivers side rocker panel  I think it's about time for that front bumper to go. I keep hitting it on rocks trying to climb things. Here are the pictures I took. I'll post some pics others took of my heep when they get posted:
