Post subject:  AZ LOST JEEPS Club By-laws and Financial Report...
Ernie R. (acting AZ LOST JEEPS President)
Mike D. (AZ LOST JEEPS Treasurer)

How do we, as paid and actively participating members of AZ LOST JEEPS, get a copy of our club by-laws, financial report and current bank statement?? The last financial report I saw was a spread sheet back in March or April last year. I'd like an updated one as well as a copy of the bank statement and by-laws, and would appreciate if they be made available to me or any other paid member that wants them.

A side note... Beth, as our club secretary does not have any of those documents either. I feel all club officers, as well as paid members should have access to the information.

Hey guys, any word yet on when we can expect an accounting of AZ LOST JEEPS funds?? Vern has already sent me the by-laws I requested.

I'd also like to make a suggestion that we hold a general membership meeting soon, to discuss among other things, the direction AZ LOST JEEPS is going, and it's future as an organized club. Other things we need to talk about are the elections for 2010, and if, when and where we are going to hold FITS 2010.

OK, sorry, I have been deligently working on the report. I have been charting pie charts and comparing notes with the DOW and S & P.
The index is rising strong again. Foreclouses are still up and unemployment still rising. I have worked on a bearish approach and also a bullish approach.
the indices are repeating. Warren Buffet lost 41 million and Bill Gates even more ( I think) (still waiting for Wall Street results). The latest pie charts are very positive, I know everyone has lost alot of 401K ! But AZ LOST, will prevail. We are right on track, the exact same amount as the last meeting........but I will continue to calculate. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you all !! Life has just been rough lately !!!

Glad to hear from you!!

Rather than a board meeting, where only the officers are present, how about a semi-annual membership meeting and present the financial information along with the latest bank statement?
