I know you guy's are Washington state but I was wondering if there are any Canadian KJers on this board or anyone in the NW club that does or wants to do trips near the Canada/U.S. border? |

There are several in the CRD section from Alberta. Calagary for sure. I will be heading for Harrison for a road trip this Fall. |

Where on Harrison were you planning on going? There are some really sweet natural hot springs in that area. |

Actually, this friend of mine from Maryland sends out these "copy the world" emails, many with amazing pictures. One that he sent me was a link to a sub site for the City of Vancouver Parks Department. It was photos of the annual sand sculpture contest in Harrison. I didn't realize where it was at the time but I thought it looked like our neck of the woods so I dug around a little and found out it was Harrison. I have to go see them so I am putting it on my to-do list for the Fall. Harrison is under 100 miles from here. My tired old bones might find there way into a hot spring or tow while I am at it. By the way, here is the link: http://www.greatervancouverparks.com/HA ... les03.html My East Coast friend had no idea he was posting something from my back yard! |

I'm in Blaine, WA. I wouldn't mind getting my feet wet sometime! |

I grew up near there.... there are actually 3 hot springs. Sloquet, Scookumchuck and Clear Creek. Others say there are more, waiting to be found. |

I'm just outside Vancouver BC. I'd be down for a local excursion to Stave Lake, Harrison, etc. All are within an hour or two from my locale. |

I would possibly be down for a day of adventure. Only thing is I am stock so that may be limiting. |

I'm SO bone stock right now it's not even funny. AND I need tires. but I don't want to get tires until I get the lift. <-------who's not sure if 245/70 or 75/16 MTR's will fit on a stock height KJ. |
