Hello to all I just joined the forum....I've had a 2005 Liberty Rocky Mountain Edition for about 6 months now and have been looking feverishly for a front end cover for it. MOPAR doesn't make one for it and I have yet to find an aftermarket company that does. Anyone out there no of anyone that does or could help with this problem? I'm in Tenn and plan to drive out to the Zion National Park in Utah for some camping this summer and would like one to help keep the buggage down. Thanks!!

The 2005 RME has a Renegade front end, look for bug shields, or bras or whatever you're looking for to fit the Renegade model.

Yeah I thought that too but upon further investigation found out that they built this particular one with a Limited front bumper and a Renegade hood and grill section. That is why MOPAR doesn't make that particular front end cover. I agree Renegade is the main part of the front end because that is even what my sticker said at the dealer but for some reason Jeep but a Limited front bumper on it.

A bra or bug shield mount to the hood...the bumper shouldn't matter.

The 2005 and above Renegades (including RME) have flat hoods, and different bumpers, but yeah, the bumpers have nothing to do with it. You will need a bug shield for the 2005+ Renegade models.

Actujally for most of the aftermarket bra produced for the Liberty that I have seen, besides the t-hood shaped one, all include coverage of the bumper, so I believe the bumpers do have something to do with it.

Cool, I stand corrected in the bumper...never saw anything like that before...

Either way, there is really nothing out as far as a front cover or bug deflector for the 05+ Flat Hood/Bumper Rennie style, unless MOPAR has something. It sucks...i know...
