I have had the CRD for about 2 years - check here often for stuff, but only recently signed up to ask some questions about lift pump additions since I went to change my fuel filter and the replacement filters (Baldwin) had gaskets that were 2mm smaller in diameter and were letting in copious amounts of air.

Mopar filter is already on the way or I would think about alternative units like the Rancor (spelling?).

I use the CRD as my main tow vehicle for the motorcycles pulling our 6x10 Haulmark Cub using 1-arm weight distributing hitch from E-trailer. This thing pulls better and gets WAY better mpg than my Expedition that I traded in for it. I also use it for my main nasty weather transportation when I don't feel like riding my motorcycles to work.

Provent and Lift Pump getting installed soon.

I do want the Komodo complete rear bumper with jerry can and tire carriers...I have found that in some instances diesel stations can be hard to come by when we're camping/rock climbing in remote areas. Right now I carry them inside the cargo (NATO "locknig" llid jerry cans).
