Hello everyone.

My name is Brendan and I have recently come into the care of a 2005 Liberty Renegade. Up it's been in my family for all 212k miles on it and was used as a daily commuter. I bought it off my parents with a blown front differential and leaking tranny. Dropped it into the shop and had new seals put in, had the differential rebuilt just to blow it apart again. Went back to the shop and had a new transfer case put in just to find out the 4x4 shift linkage was stretched. So. I decided at this point to skip shops and just do all the work myself. Having recently recovered from a motorcycle accident that almost made me a double hand amputee I promised my family I would take some time away from 2 wheels. So it's time to build a tank on 4. I will be starting a journal and uploading pics in the next few days. But I have already began to dive right in.

On and a little about me, I'm 26, a paramedic, live in PA, am new to off-roading and I am eager to learn. Will be fun picking your brains and talking to you guys soon!
