What's up everyone! New to the forum and to the jeeping community down in San Diego area. Got an 88 YJ that I'm in the works of getting back into shape. Last owner did some good work to it and had a 4.6L FI swapped in. It's got a rats nest for a wiring harness and the welds on the axles were anything but strong. Pulled out of a parking lot and the welds on the rear axle broke knocking the drive shaft out of alignment and tearing my u joint and yoke apart. Brake lights, hazards, running lights and windshield wipers don't work. Needless to say it's a work in progress but love the ole girl already. Any help with what could be causing the electrical issues is greatly appreciated! Cheers y'all

Howdy- Welcome to LOST

I have an old Camaro that had wiring issues- I gutted it and put in a Painless wiring harness
wasn't exactly painless - but solved the problems and it sound like you're doing a major rebuild anyway.

they list a YJ
