Post subject:  Very belated Hello from Maryland!

Well it seems I didn't introduce myself last year when i registered (if I did I'm sorry I forgot :p). Well here goes. My name is Andrew I am 26 and an IT/IS manager for an engineering company. I graduated from the U of MD in 2007, I have a house a boss...err I mean wife, and a dog. While in school I worked for a contractor on the weekends, worked for ford from 2002-2005 (almost made Ford master tech), and did IT work for 2 companies. So I never got to enjoy college like the majority of people did, rather I worked and paid bills and tuition. My interests are pretty much hiking, biking, camping, computers, Jeeps, cars, and some other stuff I cant think about off the top of my head. I have been interested in 4x4s since I was pretty much a toddler, but just last year I bought my first Jeep and couldn't be happier!

Well anyways that the basics about me.

As for my plans for my Jeep, at this point I cant afford to build a huge rig like some. For now I plan on tires (already shipped), safari rack, in dash GPS with trail features and maybe a better intake setup. Im trying to make this awesome rig just a little better for family hauling, ski trips, beach and basically anything I want to throw at it. I dont plan on doing too much wheeling, but if the opportunity arises I would go. At the most I would get a 2in or less heavy duty lift when the suspension needs to be replaced.

You know I actually checked the thread about it in the mid Atlantic section and thought it looked like fun! Might be a nice day trip with the wife just the 2 of us.
