Hi. I live in Honolulu, Hawaii and I have a 05 Liberty CRD. I've only seen 2 or 3 CRD's on the island. I was wondering if any members from Hawaii are on this site, or if anyone knows of mechanics that are good at working on CRD's. The dealerships here don't seem to know very much about them. Fortunately, the only problems I've had so far, I've been able to fix myself. But it seems like I might have to work on it more, so I might need some tech help.

unfortunately dealerships not knowing anything about a CRD is fairly common everywhere.
best bet is to find someone who services Cummins / Sprinters - they're much more common and at least the techs know what a diesel is.
