Hey All,

Ive been to the site a few times in the past and have now joined up as a member, The wife and I are looking to replace our older XJ (96) with the new Cherokee (KK)

My wife and I run a small 6 cabin resort on the very far end of the Olympic Peninsula right on the waters of the strait of Juan De Fuca. Half way between Neah Bay and Sekiu

I am no stranger to the Jeep world. I have been building and running XJ's before designated lift parts where available. We lived in Flagstaff AZ for many years and wheeled some of the hardest trails in the Southwest.

A pic of the last few XJ's

I hope to soak up a ton of info and hopefully share some knowledge as well

Thanks guys, IM Jones-in for a new project, both the wife and I enjoy the trails and outdoors lookin to head to Yakima as soon as the rig is worthy...........after we buy one that is LOL

Ive got a few ideas for the rear and front for suspension. increase the travel a bit. Wonder if I can have Porche 930 CV's built for the front of the rig? rated to 600HP and high attack angles

That would be a pretty sweet mod... you should do it, and then do a write-up about it.

Used to use them on many high HP buggy builds, just finding the axle shop to do the work.
