Just got a 05 Libby Connecticut

Just picked up this 05 Libby (had to get another jeep after my old TJ went) and decided I had to join LOST. I have lots of plans for her and as soon as those summer checks start rolling in I will be making changes.

Thank you... BTW everyone. Any suggestions, comments, or anything are awesome and I am pretty much a complete stranger to KJ's, my gf has a Renegagde 04 and I liked it so much I got my own KJ. So far I'm planning to black out the rims, and get some new tires (I hate the wrangler st) like some grabber at2's or some other kind of AT... Then the rest will come in time like a roof basket w/ lights, small lift, and armor/recover.

I also have a few questions that I feel are ok to ask here. I have the command trac too don't want to test most of these things the hard way, (untill i get her new shoes anyway) if that helps answer any questions but here goes. How can I tell if my jeep has ABS? How can I tell it it has a LSD? How can I tell if has TPMI? Any way to tell just by chasing wires, or running the vin or something... Thanks in advance for any answers. I check the skickies and FAQ section and all that and I didn't really find what I was looking for. Thanks again.

Hi, I'm a newbie to the forum myself but have a libby for some time now. Generally speaking ABS should be standard on all vehicles produced after Jan/2000 so I guess yours has ABS too (look for ABS light on the dash when turning ignition and you can also check if there is wiring going to the front disc brakes apart from the brake hose).
As to LSD - I've seen very few Libby's with LSD, but you can check the full specs with Jeep requesting a copy of the factory build sheet. I found an older link to the page where you can request this, worth a try:
